My sister just moved to Wheaton and I will be going to visit/help with moving this weekend. I was hoping to stop at a tri specialty store while I was in the area since there are none around where I live. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should go that wouldn't be too far from there. I would really rather not go into Chicago, but stay in that general area of the suburbs.

Mission Bay in Elgin.  Google it, you'll find them.  i think it's Mission Bay Multisport or something like that.  Don't mind my drool stains on the bikes.

Oooo.... Mission Bay Multi-sport.  One of my very favorite places EVER.    I make the long drive up there whenever I need anything bike-related.  And then spend the rest of my time there making excuses why I need everything else that's there too.

There is a new triathlon store in Naperville (right next to Wheaton) called Endure It:

You can also check out Runner's High & Tri in Arlington Heights. They just moved to a new location, which I haven't been to yet. If I remember correctly, the previous location didn't have bikes, but they had a lot of other tri gear.
