We need to teach them how to have a proper "war in drugs".  In a proper war the profits are taken legally by the govt. and any enemy "combatants" who don't agree go to prison for a time out.  Meanwhile, real criminals who don't have money for the govt. to take are on a catch and release program to keep our court systems thriving.  Wait.....I didn't mean "our".... I meant the mythical war and govt. I was describing....you know....how it COULD be.
