Garmin Swim Activities Issues

 20 |  Subject: Garmin Swim Activities IssuesI am having trouble uploading Garmin Swim files to the site. They upload to Garmin Connect with no issues. I have tried with Google Chrome and Firefox. 910xt seems to function just fine. Any help with this would be appreciated! |

Champion 13323    | Subject: RE: Garmin Swim Activities Issues How are you uploading? Is it via 'training log' --> 'upload' or is it within the log 'add an activity' -> 'swim'. I see that this was working for you up through March 2nd. Was there anything done on your end (new software, communicator update, etc)? We did update a swim part of the Garmin so it could be an issue with the latest update. If you can also attach the FIT file, that would be perfect. Thanks! |

I should note that this is coming from a Garmin Swim watch. My 910xt uploads with no problem, those files however are just run files. FIT files seem to be ok due to the fact they upload to garmin connect without an issue. Attached is a FIT file. Champion 13323 | Subject: RE: Garmin Swim Activities Issues One thing before I mess with the FIT files, can you try to upload the swim by going 'Training Log' --> 'My Log' then 'edit/add activity' for the day you want to upload the swim, selecting 'swim' then you will see an 'device upload' button in the popup box at bottom.
