Good morning BT! I'm hoping our math teachers bring pie today to celebrate! 4:15am: 60 minutes/18.75 on the KK 5:15am: 60 minutes strength training. I find myself today with rare alone time. Older daughter and hubby are gone for softball, younger daughter is going to a sleepover--I have the whole house, afternoon and evening to myself! I could plan all sorts of stuff--but the reality is I'll be asleep on the couch by 8:30 and getting up early for a 4:30 bike/:30 run brick. Living the wild life! Have a great day and a fabulous weekend!

Cotswold super sprint - UK. Lots of bodies colliding, I swam half over someone, got kicked by some bloody breaststroker, and as a mob we poured towards the first buoy.

Already a cyclist and not a bad swimmer, I figured all I had to do was build up to running a few miles and I’d be ready to go. The challenge invigorated me, and I ran out to buy new running shoes.

Since I didn't have much time and since it's a super sprint, am I OK just go to at the training relatively hard through Thursday or even Friday?

Is there a magic number of days off for your training plan? Is it a one size fits all or an an individual choice?
