Subject: Places available for London Triathlon
I work for a charity called St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group. We are the leading charitable provider of eye care in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza, where the rate of blindness is ten times higher than in the west.

We currently have some places for the London Triathlon on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 August as well as the London to Brighton Bike Ride on 7th September.

After doing duathlons for the last couple of years, I decided to go for a triathlon. Starting with an Olympic-distance race perhaps wasn't wise, but it was fun (of a sort).

There was a long run from the water to the transition area at the London Tri but I quickly found my bike and headed out onto the road.
