ALL RIGHT TEAM...I have figured out part of the reason that the orange team is doing so well.  They have a guy on that team that is 95% to his run goal already and the month isn't even half over.  The guy is still putting up some insane numbers, but that is why we seem so behind.  Must be marathon training.  (Way to go gsgalloway...if you evesdrop on our thread).  We are doing great...we just need to get out there and do our thing!

Go Reds!

Thanks Robyn,

Just trying to get Oly distances (gotta get my swim up another 500m) in my blood like a bad habit. I am running 10+ Miles to meet my other challenge of 200 miles. And yes I eavesdrop on the other team threads.

I hear you mandy7741!  We better not go down without a fight!

Business trip last week didn't allow for the swimming I thought I could do and the week before was a work deadline training disaster.  This week though the TP has a heavy swim volume and next week is heavy on the run.  I'm going to cut back on the bike and swap in some extra swims and runs to hopefully get me to 100%.  It's going to take a lot of work and ribbing from you guys, but that's why I got this thing going in the first place

OK guys...we still have 2 more weeks.  We need a BIG 2 weeks.  We really need everyone to be pulling their own weight.  We can still do it, but we need everyone out there giving it everything they have got!!!

Do we have some on the injured list?  How is everyone doing health wise?  Do we just need some inspires to keep us going?

Come on Red Team and give it a strong finish! All the other teams have been way ahead in previous weeks because they are sandbaggers and set their goals to low and finished their goals before the end of the month! We need to buckle down and get our goals met right at the end of the month like it is meant to be done!

Go Red Team!

I hurt my shoulder last week, so 100% for the swim is out.  I'm going for 100% in the run as planned though, every bit helps...
