Comments:

First OWS of the season. I'll take it. A bit slower than I was hoping but that's ok. Didn't swim a hell of a lot over the past month and I'm still in the top 10-20% so I'll take it.

A little slow. I've been faster.

Tail wind out, head wind back. Was not pushing it quite as much as I possibly could because I wanted to see what I could do on the run.
Transition 2

Comments:

Hit bucket next to me trying to rack the bike. UGH! Over all ok.

Each faster than the other. Last mile sub 8:00. Felt good after the first 1/5 mile.

I have noticed an occasional pain in my left hip flexor. The pain is most noticeable when running uphill. Is there a way to fix the problem without taking time off from training?
