I've done one IM stateside and I plan on doing one in Europe next year.
This is what Ironman says about registration:

So should I be waiting and clicking refresh on my computer at 3:50CET or what?
The last Ironman I did was CDA and that doesn't sell out very fast. Any info would be great. Thanks

Yep, thats what I did for the European IMs that I've done. Sweden opened at midnight  over there, so luckily I'm sure a lot of people were still asleep, and it was the middle of the day for me, so I just hit refresh several times til it opened and I jumped right in. Good luck!

You may want to post or search on ST to get more action and learn what typical registration process is like for that IM.

If they open up early it is usually 5' or less but always better to be ready than miss out.

I'd also fill out answers to all of the questions on the application on a word document that you can copy and paste into the live application once it's available. This saved me considerable time and got me into IMWI. It probably took me less than three minutes to complete my application with the cut and paste route.

Training for endurance athletics can be a complicated time gobbling monster. This is an understatement for the majority of us that are trying to juggle a full time job and/or school with training.
