Subject: Norseman Xtreme Triathlon (Anyone been there done that?)
I am going the end of the month to Norway to be support crew for a friend Racing this event. Just wondering if anyone out there has been to this as a racer or support, and if yes anything you didn't know going in that you wish you had? Race reports are hard to come by for this race.

I know from watching some video, some people bring thermos' filled with hot water to pour on themselves after the swim. Otherwise no help here. Oh and they get nekkid in transition.

I quickly browsed an article in Men's Health that talked about doing a triathlon, and how it wasn't really that hard. With a "tsk!" I quickly turned the page while thinking, "Yeah, right!"
