Comments: Still just happy to be able to jog the 5K without having to walk. Deliberately tried to keep HR <145 for mile 1, <150 for mile 2, <155 for mile 3, then whatever for the last 0.1 to the finish line. Everything worked out as planned. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race

Got up, had 1/2 a harvest bar, did a little stretch. Bob and I left for the race ~6:00am. Inevitable bathroom runs at race site.
