Subject: Ironman Plan I want to hear some success stories of using the BT Full Ironman Plan.
I understand the theory behind the lower run volume and I REALLY want to follow this plan, however my coach is under the theory that you have to train for a full marathon with high run volume (bike and swim are the same ).
I just did did a full marathon in the spring and the training really took a toll on my body. I ached all the time. That is why I want to follow the lower volume in the BT plan as I think it will be better for by body.
So, what has your experience been with the BT plan and HOW hard to I push back with my coach??
