From Amazon: The Shimano Men's Bicycle Shoes SH-R078 are a classically designed road cycling shoe with performance features. The upper is made of tough, stretch-resistant synthetic leather with moisture-control mesh inserts that provide structure and plenty of ventilation to keep your feet comfortable and cool. Featuring Shimano's Dynalast technology sole which is a glass fiber reinforced polyamide that secures the foot into the ideal ergonomic position for a more efficient up stroke and all day comfort. Triple asymmetrical straps prevent uncomfortable pressure on foot and provide a snug fit. The shoes are SPD and SPD-SL cleat compatible.

Im new to this web site and just registered a few weeks ago. I'm planning on participating in the IM in NZ next March. I'm in need of a good bike and intererested in what you're selling if still available.

Please advise current availability and send pictures of bike, bike shoes and running shoes for consideration.

I'm sorry but not sure what "PM" means. Assuming it's a message of some kind. I'm hoping this will do.

Thank you.
Matt

A bike is NOT a piece of metal with a couple of wheels at either end and a steering thing to stop you running over old ladies. No! ... a bike is a space-age “weapon of mass confusion.”
