cramped mile 2 both legs. Twice.
What would you do differently?:

Ice in shirt, water on head, sports drink, cola, sip of water and "walk the water" !!
Get a couple GU down in addition to bananas

Event comments:

This was my first triathlon at any distance. As such, it was a wonderful and challenging experience. Many lessons were learned and will be applied in the future. I have nothing to compare against, but was very happy with the volunteers and the help they provided. I would most certainly do this race again.

It was the morning of Ironman Newfoundland 70.3, I felt queasy. I didn't want to eat or drink anything. I had a full blown case of the pre-race HEEBEE GEEBEES.
