Comments:

Urban race on the boul gouin with an occasional nice view on the st-lawrence river. In smaller events like this, being part of the slowest, I feel alone :(

First race with no pain in the foot due to plantar fascitis. I do feel very tired however past km 5.
What would you do differently?:

I was sick lately and had difficulty training properly. I must improve my running endurance.

I will be 20 this summer and am planning on doing Ironman Montreal. This will be my first year of triathlon, can I do this and stay away from injuries?
