Comments:

This is my first fast run not pacing off Tim, so I wasn't confident with pacing. I just went with the feel from track work, glancing at the pace on my Garmin every so often. This was about as fast as I could have gone. I tried to pick up the pace at the finish like usual, but was already as fast as possible.

I think this was a PB by a few seconds, and I'm happy with the time. It was fun to race in PS. The weather was perfect. We had a great crowd from the running club, and it was fun cheering for so many people on the course and after the finish.

Here are the results.
