Subject: Best way to log Strength (non-BT Log division)Hi all-- I've always logged my strength training on a piece of paper or homemade chart, but I'm getting tired of losing it and starting over (happening way more often than it should ). A good app-based solution would be nice. Since I try and stick with one routine for a few weeks then change, I'd like something to enter the program, and be able to enter reps/weight/sets as I go.
No wi-fi at the gym where I do most of my work, so I can't use the BT logs or another website, unfortunately. Any suggestions/favorites out there?
