Frame- Slice RS full Carbon, Aero Save, Naero Tech
Fork – Slice RS Naero Tec w/ Integrated External Steerer
Wheels – UPGRADED to 2012 Reynolds 66 carbon clincher race wheels.
Cranks – FSA TRIMAX Carbon Rings, BB30, 53/29
Derailleurs – Ultegra Di2 (ten speed)
Shifters – Ultegra Di2 on aero bar-ends,
Dura Ace brake lever and Di2 on handle bars. (this was an up-grade - the stock bike for any year does not have shifters on the handle bars.)

$7,600 invested - under 500 miles

All of my road rash has healed, but my right shoulder is still in a lot of pain. I have started swimming, but only really, really light workouts. Do you have any recommendations on stretches?

I'm not sure if one of these models is better, both are from 2009 aluminum/carbon combinations. I realize this is a difficult question but any thoughts as which bike is better for a woman?
