Comments: Overall, it was a big bucket of okay. Near the end, I did have some hip discomfort, so I know it's time to get adjusted again. What would you do differently?: More running--definitely going to add more interval training to encourage a bit more speed too. Post race
Warm down: Walked a bit. Stretched. Ate. What limited your ability to perform faster: Myself. The extra weight I'm carrying of late. I need to work on that. Event comments: 3rd time running this race, and I will most likely do it again. And I LOVE having a drumline at the start to get us going--it just is awesome. Last updated: 2015-02-02 12:00 AM
