Comments:

Felt good right away. Nice and cool temps, flat course. Cramped up around mile 22-23 and was pretty tough to get the leg/foot cramps to subside. Lost a few minutes here with 2 stops of stretching and walking through 3 water stations. This cost me my Boston Qualifying time oppty.
What would you do differently?:

Take salt tabs to avoid cramping. I always cramp and had tablets but just didn't take the time to get them out and take them.

This was a GREAT race! I would recommend and go back in a heartbeat. Have it on my radar for next spring already!

I signed up for Ironman Frankfurt, next year July - and I am very excited about it. I originally planned to run my first Marathon in the middle of September, but am not sure if this is wise.
