Did a brick today. 40min. ride then a 20min. run.
Went to a race expo today, doing the Wounded Warrior 10k on Sunday.
They were selling old Texasman tri tops for only $5, so I had to get one.
Just an easy evening swim on the schedule tonight but for some odd reason about 1200 yards in, half-way down a length, my left calf suddenly cramped up like a rock and then started to spasm. Sat on the pool edge and tried to massage it out with limited effect. Now sitting at home with a TENS unit electo-shocking the snot out of it. Weird. Have never had that happen before...
I think she's tapering for her IM in two weeks. 1:30 trainer ride here, 30 minutes of strength stuff PM, lots of packing boxes as moving to a new building (classroom) next year.
I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
