Pre-race routine:

Bob and I were able to park at BOA parking garage so had a two block walk to begin warmup. Always tougher to figure out what kind of pre-race routine to do when the race is at night.

I can train for half marathons on pavement and on trails, but as soon as I change it up to gravel or loose dirt my knee swells and the pain it causes is unreal. Any ideas why this happens?

At 30 to 40 minutes into my run, my foot starts to go numb. If I keep going, the foot goes totally numb.
