Subject: New 2016 Bike announcements?
In the market for a new bike and I was wondering if there is usually a time of year when next years models are announced?

Don't want to buy a bike and then a new version comes out a week later.

it might be different in the USA (like earlier than this) but my LBS already has some lower end 2016 models on their floor and they told me they will have details on the rest by the start of August and stock by the end of August. Over the next few weeks you should start to see some good deals on 2015 stock. One store here is already talking 30% off.

Hmmm will probably line up with my purchase window nicely then. Now the decision is to buy a 2016 or 2015 model of said bike, lol

Yep, new bikes are just around the corner. Which means closeout sales from 2015 are just around the corner too.
