I added some tri clothes to my cart, the subtotal came to $103.xx, and after entering the coupon code, the site returned an error: "A minimum purchase of 100.00 is required for bt20 coupon" Last time I checked, 103 > 100. What gives? |

What gives? My guess is because $103 - 20% is $82.40 (less than $100) - again, this is just a guess. I would give them a call and say "HEY, WASSUP WI-DAT??". |

Sorry for any mix-up - we do have a few items that are not on sale, but are discontinued because we can't get them from the suppliers any longer. Unfortunately, the only way to filter out the sale and closeout items is to filter based on what is discontinued in our system since Yahoo doesn't have any other way to specify that an item is not eligible for a discount. If all of the items are regular priced merchandise, just put a note in the comments section with the code and we'll be sure to get that applied for you. I apologize for the inconvenience! They need to get a better grip on their inventory control. I've had slightly better luck buying tri gear from Goodwill than I've had with TriSports. |

They have great people, and an incredible offering of products under one roof. I have a retail business too and am amazed at the width and breadth of their offerings. I'd consider the value of shopping with triathletes advising you and give them a second chance if the first order wasn't smooth. |
