Subject: Atlanta-Yakima Swing Daddy 4 bike rack
Yakima Swing Daddy bike rack - I love this rack, purchased spring 2013 for my CR-V, with 2-inch receiver hitch, but I can't install a hitch that size on my new Fit.

Rack is great - holds 4 bikes, with adjustable cradles. Also has integrated cable to run through bike(s) to lock in place. It also swings out of the way, even loaded, to allow access to rear hatchback.

It was purchased and installed May 2013, and taken off my car when I sold it September 2014, and housed in garage, so it's in great shape.

Comparable racks - https://www.yakima.com/swingdaddy(no locking, $399) and http://www.amazon.com/Yakima-FullSwing-P...(locking $499).

U-haul new 2" hitch receiver sells for $189

I'm asking $350 for all of it, or best offer.

You know you can change the tongue on the rack so it'll fit a different size hitch, right? I have two different sizes for mine. Let me know if you want more info and I'll be happy to help you out.

Seriously?! I thought this rack only fit the 2 inch receiver.... that would be SWEET!

Just called Yakima to double-check and they said no... because the swing daddy has the weight of 2 bike racks in one (with the swinging components) they affirmed that it's too heavy for the 1.25" receiver, and thus needs the 2" class (I forgot) hitch receiver. Thanks anyway though!
