Good morning BT!

5:00am:  upper body strength circuit

at 7am:  Chasing CC runners and after that my own run.

Jamie--my next race is an Xterra in Lake Tahoe August 20th!  I'm so excited/nervous!  And, to comment on the Pokemon Go phenomenon--my CC runners (who absolutely fit the CC nerd stereotype) all have the app and were trying to explain it to me yesterday.  Before they took off for their run I told them I better not see them stopping to catch a critter of some sort! Lol!

Karen, what a gorgeous area!  Looks divine!  So many beautiful places in this country!

Have a great day...good training going on!

Morning!
Sorry been MIA- busy couple days and a trip over the weekend to Flagstaff. 80 degrees was much nicer than 110!

5:15am - 60 min power spin - over threshold efforts with decreasing cadence changes
7am - 4 mile run. Left hip was bugging me, but things felt ok once I got warmed up.

One hour ride today in the heat and the wind.

The OK newspaper had an article on pokemon go and three people in the hospital are playing pokemon go. It's a craze!
