Subject: 7.28.16 Thursday Training

Good morning BT!

5:00am:  25 minute walk to get moving

5:30am:  :45 minutes lower body strength + core

at 7:00a:  out to chase CC runners

Later:  Easy 3 mile run and hopefully a swim

Hit 18.5 trail miles yesterday on the bike--it was hot and hard but I did it--feeling more confident about the Xterra in August!

Dennis--hope you get the seat issue resolved, that sounds super annoying!

6:15 - easy 45' ride. Back's been bothering me since my swim yesterday, but the ride helped.

up early to the pool to find out their filter schedule was off and can't swim. So came home and went for 3.5 mile run and a 10min dip in my pool. Going to try and get a massage this morning.


Maybe a short bike ride later on. Hot and humid here in Sunny SoCal

I started this morning out with a quick 1.25 mile run before it got too hot and humid out. After I cooled off a bit from that I did my 2 minute plank and 22 pushups.

After an early lunch, my wife and daughter went berry picking, so I headed off to the bike trail and got 12 1/2 miles in.

Tonight is the daughter's swim team's last practice for the season, so I was in charge of beverages for them. This ought to be fun; I hope they don't make too much of a mess of the pool.

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
