had a small window to do my second training session so did one of my favorite circuits:
1 mile run (warm up )
10 push ups
10 pull ups
10 KB upright rows
10-15 high step ups or lunges with dbs
15 hanging leg raises (or other ab exercise )
800m run
repeat 5x
Then went to my chiro - been having some nasty quad pain - he said those specific muscles are on the brink of overtraining and I need to take a few days off
Sooo…I went back to the place where I taught today and did a cryotherapy session and 30 min in the Normatec boots. Hacking recovery :- )! Hope it helps!
