I'm up early to get after it today. 8 mile trail run for me and then spending the day doing all the little odds and ends I should have done yesterday but didn't! Have a great day out there. Hard to believe 15 years have passed since that tragic day for our country. |

| 197 | Subject: RE: 9.11.16 Sunday Stuff I recently discovered a "new" bike route that eliminates a few slowdowns on my old route and adds about a mile to the total distance. So today I did that route at a slightly more relaxed pace. It was a perfect day for a ride, as witnessed by the millions of people on the trail this afternoon. I don't recall the trail ever being this crowded. I also noticed that the trail was starting to get quite a few leaves on it; it won't be long and the trail will have that white stuff all over it. I am ready for fall, but not so much that season after it... J White |
