They regularly have 50% off sales where you can pick up a sleeveless for $100 and a sleeved for $150-200. Vector Pro is the model I use at present and is durable and sleek.
I purchased an inexpensive trainer off Amazon. It doesn't provide much resistance, but it got the job done for a beginner like me. For a little bit more though you can probably find one that provides more resistance. Check out DC Rainmaker's website for good options.
