Subject: 12.13.16 Tuesday Training

Good morning BT!

4:15am:  1:10 on the trainer: WU/isolated leg drills/mains set: big gear work/cool down

5:30am:  :40 minutes upper body 5X5 + core

After school:  30 minute run with hill repeats

Season of patience . . . season of patience . . . season of patience. Feeling ready to get to some "real" training. Been doing lots of strength, with swimming, and an occasional run or ride sprinkled in. First race is in three months.

11:40 - 50' strength.
