Subject: 2.4.17 Saturday afternoon!

Good afternoon!  Got a bit of a late start today!

11:00am:  1:15 on the bike trainer---2 sets of some long intervals moving up through Z3,4, 5

12:30pm:  :2 mile run nice and easy

Wow Karen that camp sounded amazing.  I'd love to do something like that someday.

Basketball games again daughter's team is sitting in 1st place with Divsionals a few weeks away! These last few games have been intense.  Mom brag...she is the leading scorer in the state of Nevada right now, averaging 19.3 points a game.  The funny thing is, basketball is just the sport she plays to get to softball in the spring! The girl is just an athletic machine!

Good afternoon all!

2 hour 30 minute ride, 40F and windy made for some interesting times.

Did 35 minute run off the bike. Nutrition plan was well as no tummy issues to speak of. Seems like less is more is much better for me and stopping solids about 45 minutes before run.
