Subject: 6.28.17 What's Up Wednesday!Good morning BT!
8:30am: Another amazing trail run--same area but chose different trails. Such a beautiful way to start the day. After the run I did a series of strength moves using a picnic table--pushups, tricep dips, etc. My open water swim yesterday was gorgeous as well--the water is cyrstal clear. We're going to spend the day exploring a few different hikes with waterfalls, should be fun! Have a great day all! |
