Swim intervals with weight/core training afterwards

My intervals were fast this morning and I don't know why. One of those days were I felt like I was gliding on the water.

Softball day for me. Last week, my team got its butt kicked. We each batted only once. I played third base, which is usually the hot corner, and had ONE ball hit to me the whole game. So, it was even less of a workout than usual. Hopefully, this evening goes a little better.
