Subject: 1.10.18 Happy Hump Day!Good morning BT! 4:30am: easy peasy 40 min recovery run 5:15am: upper body strength + stretching Used the leftover time to get some ironing done, lol! Karen I think the fact that I was a total slug through my high school/early 20s helped my now 47 year old body! Nothing ever hurts (knock on wood!) but most of my friends deal with some sort of niggle or other. However I will say now I have a bit of an early morning shuffle when I first get out of bed and all my parts start moving again!  Have a great day! |
