I recently clipped on some aerobars on my bike, and this morning I taped them up while I was waiting for it to get just a little warmer. Once it got to 40 degrees, I headed out and got 14 miles on the bike trail. That's about all I can muster before my feet freeze at that temperature.
And of course I did my morning routine of a 2 minute plank, followed by pushups and then oblique sit ups.
