Good morning BT!

4:45am:  :45 minutes on the trainer, felt great to do something else to get the heart rate up other than running!

5:30am:  full body strength + stretching

6:45 am: 55 minute bike ride.

Taking the day off to watch the boys while my wife goes to her MD appt this morning. I have an appt with my PCP this afternoon due to recently having what feel like PVC's.

I'm hoping the parts I need to repair my P2 all come in today as well. Might get into the weight room this afternoon if all goes well.

Good morning. Yesterday was a day off, which was nice.

6:00 - 40' ride, with 3 x 3' at ~ race HR pace. 

6:45 - easy 5' run
