Elite  4583   |  Subject: 6.9.18 Softball SaturdayGood morning! No training going on here today--heading in to watch 18U fastpitch tournament. So happy to get to watch my older daughter pitch! Haven't seen her play since her college tournament in Tucson in November. I'm also picking up my mountain bike that hubby took in to the bike shop earlier in the week when he ran into SLC for some errands. It needed an all over tuneup and adjustments. I'll be ready to roll for the summer! Have a great race Steve!!!

623 | Subject: RE: 6.9.18 Softball Saturday Took the bike out for a ride this morning. Still getting some ghost shifting going on in the bigger cogs on the cassette. I’ll try and fiddle with the settings to get it to even out. Had a friend that wanted to start riding. I took him out for a 6 mile ride to let him practice shifting and getting the hang of cadence. Met another friend after that and we did a hard 18 miler with my fastest time to date on the route. I guess not having access to the easier gears helped me push harder. |
