Comments: Ya know, considering I haven't been running frequently or consistently, I'll take this result! I decided not to look at my watch, to just run by feel and knocked out a decent (for me) time. What would you do differently?: Nothing really, except maybe be better trained.  Post race
Warm down: Walked around the parking lot, then walked back to the building where the awards and more importantly the SOUP is located. Event comments: They changed the course a little again, not a fan of doing the out and back 2x. Last updated: 2018-12-26 12:00 AM

Did two very easy, slow, high turnover laps on the track. Hit the ladies room, then walked over to the start and did some stretches.
