Subject: 4.26.19 Friday Fun!

Good morning BT!

I was a substitute teacher for the high school early morning seminary at 5:30 AM today.  We ended at 6:30 AM and I got to the gym at 6:45 AM for a 1500 yd swim workout that consisted of a reverse latter (longest intervals to shortest intervals then back up to finish on the longest intervals).

Short Brick over here...

15 Mile Bike/3mile run.

That's what time allowed and it was good. Run was in the rain, Bike was in the basement.

Good ole rest day here.

Getting up early to get on the bike for my last long ride before next Saturday’s 70.3. We are going to Myrtle Beach tomorrow through Wednesday so I’ll be “tapering” at the beach.
