Comments: Started out appropriately hard! Didn't want to NOT have a shot at sub-5 by the halfway point. Good effort in the first half! What would you do differently?: Around 0.75 miles, I could have gone harder. Maybe 0.7-0.9. I was too happy with "yep, I'll be sub-5" that I don't think I gave it my ALL. But yet, I still feel good about this race.  Post race

Powerbar and Roctane (an hour before and 40 mins before).
Jogged to light rail, walked to race site, stretched while standing inside with team, jogged another 2 miles and did sprints, then raced.
