Master 8247    Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 06.17.2019 Manic Monday Easy day here, not too manic. 40 minute easy run this morning before it got too hot; swung by the pool to check on the heater situation--it has STILL not been repaired. 10 days now. Will have to bite the bullet tomorrow and swim even if it isn't. 15 minutes on the rowing machine later. Mania will come soon--we need to move for my new job. Lots of packing boxes in my near future! This will be my third move in as many years, for various reasons. |

623 | Subject: RE: 06.17.2019 Manic Monday Zwift session tonight. 3x8’ of big gear, low cadence work. 2’ rest between intervals. Ordered one of the Scosche Rhythm 24 heart rate monitors last week. It arrived today so I used it during my ride. Having the HR strap around the forearm is nice. Rechargeable battery with indicator lights is a plus also. |
