Subject: Free day - Friday 6-21-19
Scheduled rest day for me. I have a metric century group ride tomorrow morning so I’m resting up.

I may get in some easy weight training but nothing SBR related.

One hour-ish run this morning. Still cool and breezy but not quite as unseasonable as yesterday.
1800 yard swim later, including 4 X300 of freestyle. Building up slowly. Finally able to do some bilateral breathing--I have been breathing only to the left since April. Hopefully will help balance things out a bit better.
