Subject: Sunday Runday 7-7-19
Hey gang. Cooler temp this morning but high humidity.

10 mile run this morning. Tried to keep it in Z2, but the humidity had other plans.

"Long run" here, too. (10 or 11 miles--I just go by time, so not sure!) Pleasant weather here--a little cloud cover and cooler start to the day than yesterday. Low 70's at start and high 70's at end, so dry I hardly worked up a sweat (more likely, it was drying off as fast as I was sweating!). Ran on Greenbelt (riverside MUP) which has lots of shade in most places.

It was long bike day for me. I needed to deposit my check at my credit union, so I rode out there (14.x miles the route I took), and then rode through my town and on to the next one, mostly on the bike trail. I had to ride around the subdivision to get my 40 mile ride in.

I have a metric century (or imperial if I think I am up to it) next month, so I need to start getting some distance on the saddle.
