Subject: Rise and Grind Saturday 8-17-19
Mornin crew!

Up early for 100km on the bike followed by a 20 minute run. First few hundred yards were tough on the run, but I finally got in a rhythm.

Nice work.

I got 50 miles at strong pace. Humidity sucked ass, I was slipping off the aero bars. Hahahaha

Not sure if anyone knows what a Caesar is, but I’m on my second and life is good in southern PA.

I got a late start at 9:00AM.  It was already getting hot by then.  I got in 55 miles outdoors on the bike.  It was a moderate intensity ride.
