Subject: 09.18.19 What's Up WednesdayGood morning. What's everyone up to today? For me, it is a taper week for a Sprint Triathlon on Saturday. At 6:00 AM I did a 45min interval work out on the bike trainers with 4x4' @ race pace with 4' recovery intervals. I was happy with the ride and feel ready to race. Have a wonderful Wednesday! |
