Subject: Off season Hi everyone,
I'm looking to plan my off season, and found the no fluff plan on beginner triathlete website.
Any opinion about this plan ? Any other advice ?
I'll race mainly Olys, standalone run races, 1-2 half and maybe an IM if I'm in good shape and time allows..
I also do XC ski during winter (I plan to do the bike sessions on the skis when winter will be there )
My current level is 26min swim in oly, 37min run in a standalone 10k.
