 422  , Pennsylvania |  Subject: 11.14.2019 Treadmill ThursdayLadies and Gents... Hit 5 miles on the treadmill this morning in Boston. I expect this to be the last treadmill run before the JFK. Home tonight and no travel next week, at least none scheduled right now. It is COLD here. hahaha Years ago I trained for a 50km run, through the winter. I had long treadmill work and never minded it. One of those things I think, where when you know it's short, the suck comes early in the run. When we are running long runs, it seems easier to push off the suck for a while. Regardless, what a great day to be us. |

Looking at a tempo run at some point in the next couple of days. 10k approaching on 12/1 so I need to get back in the groove with some faster stuff. It's always a great day for a run! |
