Subject: 11/18/2019 Never Miss a Monday Training 5:45 AM - 5.1 mile run. I went back to what I did on the 3rd Monday in November two years ago to see how things compared with today. To my surprise, I had a 40-minute run scheduled that day with 5 min warm-up, 30-minute Z2 heart rate run and 5 minutes cool down. I did 5.3 miles that day. Today was supposed to be a 5-mile run but I got a little off on things. Today was a 37 minute run so a little shorter. The max HR were both over 150 BPM and the average HR were both in the mid 140's. The paces were about the same. So it looks like I am starting off my 2020 training at the same place as my 2018 training. I am going to be faster in 2020 though. I have two more years of experience.
