Subject: Combination Day 2/29/20-3/01/20 Looks like we let Leap Day training slip through the cracks yesterday. I put in around 75 minutes on the trainer with around 18 minutes easy followed by 10 minutes moderate and a 1 minute all out effort. Did that 2 times through with a decent cool down and warm up.
Hit the road this morning for a 7.5 mile run. Don't have any races in the immediate future so it was a nice run without any expectations. I just let my legs lead the way.
