Looks like we let Leap Day training slip through the cracks yesterday. I put in around 75 minutes on the trainer with around 18 minutes easy followed by 10 minutes moderate and a 1 minute all out effort. Did that 2 times through with a decent cool down and warm up.

Hit the road this morning for a 7.5 mile run. Don't have any races in the immediate future so it was a nice run without any expectations. I just let my legs lead the way.

Hope everyone has had a productive weekend!

8 Miles of run this morning.

Good 8 here, enjoyed the time by myself and then had a great day with the kids.

I didn't see Feb 29th anywhere on my training plan.  I figured that must be a bonus rest day.  Just kidding....I got in a 70-minute bike ride on the 29th.  :-)
