Took off around 11:00 on a gloriously sunny morning. Up a little road we called "High Rock Road". It's a challenging climb on bike and on foot, about two miles up up and aboot.

Anyways, got to the top, made a loop of it and right back to the office for lunch.

Good Times!

So...I got a phone call 38 minutes into my bike trainer session today.  I had to cut my bike session short after the phone call and get some other things taken care of before work.  So...39 minutes on the bike trainer today.  I got all the easy riding in and avoided all the hard intervals. I only completed 4 of the 10 all-out sprints and miss the 15 minutes of big gear work completely. I am feeling pretty rested today.  :-)

50ish minutes on the bike trainer. 3x8’ big gear, low cadence work with 3’ rest intervals. Did 2 all out sprints at the end just to keep it saucy.
